Gang run vs. Custom run

Gang runs are cut in 40 x 30 inches. Every design is punched out in 1 dye. We recommend this option for low-volume orders of custom shapes that are full color as it is an economical way to screen print! Custom run, the entire is done at once and are economical higher-volume.

Spot color vs. CMYK

CMYK (also referred to as full color, process color, 4 color), uses 4 different color inks (always using the same colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) overlapping each other to achieve the full color To print ANY multicolor image the same four color inks are used. Spot color printing consists of printing with 1 or more pre-mixed colors (generally 1, 2 or 3 colors at once). Spot printing uses a color system of solid, premixed colors known as Pantone colors. How long do your stickers last?

Yes, call us at: (805) 367-5391 or email us at

How do I indicate a cut line in my artwork?

The best way is to have a separate layer in your artwork file that is labeled cut line.  If that is not possible please ask us to demonstrate the cut line in a pdf proof to avoid any confusion.

Can I request a change after I approve my order?

You can always request a change.  If we have already started printing and cutting then we may be able to fix it but additional charges may apply depending on how much media and ink has been consumed and what part of the print process we are currently in.

What if my artwork is low quality?

We can send it out for a vector conversion and have it recreated.  In that case we will have art charges but you will own your master files and we back them up on our servers for 3-5 years.  We also can print from low quality but please keep in mind that if it looks pixelated on your screen there is a good chance it will look pixelated when we print it.

What file formats do you accept?

All file formats are acceptable for quoting. For product orders we accept all vector formats e.g. AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF.
