Ordering an item from 925NEVER? We can ship to virtually any address in North America . Unless otherwise noted, our products are shipped using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home deliveries. If you would prefer to ship in another manner please contact customer service when placing your order. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on availability, most products will ship within 24 hours or will be back ordered and will ship within three weeks. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by 925NEVER.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a web store credit from 925NEVER. If you spill all over your clothes, we cannot offer a refund for that type of drinking problem. Our customer service center reserves the right to warrant a return and validate its necessity.
